Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if items are unused 
and in original condition. Once returned and inspected, 
we'll issue a refund.

Refund Process
1. Email us at trinhbinhan83@gmail.com with your order number
2. We'll provide return shipping instructions
3. Send item back to us (return shipping cost is your responsibility)
4. Once received and inspected, refund is processed within 5-7 business days

Non-returnable Items
- Items with obvious signs of use or damage
- Items used outside of their condition

Shipping Delays
Refunds are not applicable for delivery delays. 
Please allow 14-30 business days for international delivery.
